This next step in the Junior Coaching Academy pathway helps young people aged 11–14 to explore practical strategies for emotional regulation and wellbeing. They’ll learn how to practise mindfulness, understand their personal stressors, and gently support their friends in informal ways.

- Reflective journals and creative tasks
- Peer discussions to practise new skills
