CHOOSE YOUR COURSE
🎯 Choose Your Course
As part of the LaunchPad Programme, you'll select one specialist coaching pathway to complete alongside your core training. Each course leads to a Level 5 Diploma and is fully accredited, insurable, and designed to prepare you for real-world practice.
🧸 Level 5 Diploma in Therapeutic Play Coaching Practice
Learn how to use therapeutic play to support children’s emotional development, behaviour, and communication. This course blends child development theory with creative play-based techniques and equips you to plan and deliver impactful coaching sessions using play as a healing and expressive tool.
Ideal for: Early years professionals, childminders, SENCOs, playworkers, and those passionate about helping children through playful, non-clinical support.
🧠 Level 5 Diploma in Neurodiversity Family Coaching
Support families with neurodivergent children through a strengths-based, inclusive coaching approach. You’ll explore key neurodevelopmental conditions (e.g. autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences) and gain tools to coach with empathy, flexibility, and evidence-informed strategies tailored to neurodivergent needs.
Ideal for: Professionals supporting neurodivergent children, parents, SEN practitioners, or anyone passionate about inclusion and family wellbeing.
💬 Level 5 Diploma in Child and Young Person Therapeutic Coaching
This pathway equips you to coach children and teens through emotional challenges, transitions, anxiety, confidence, and everyday wellbeing issues. You'll learn practical coaching strategies, communication techniques, and how to create safe, therapeutic spaces for children to explore their thoughts and feelings.
Ideal for: Coaches, youth workers, pastoral staff, mental health support workers, and others working with children aged 5–18.
🧑🧑🧒 Level 5 Diploma in Parent Coaching Practice
Support parents through a range of modern-day challenges in a holistic way, that harnesses your own experiences as a parent. Perhaps you specialise in sleep support, have an understanding of co-regulation, or are an expert in time management as a parent?
Ideal for: Parents, and anyone interested in working directly with the parents to support the wider family unit.
If you would prefer to take a self-paced route, please check out our courses offered directly by our delivery partner NCCE - National College for Care and Education.
